The all new for 2009 Virus Morphed, is sure to make your competitors take notice as you stride to the plate. They know that the Morphed pushes the boundaries of performance and durability. This new bat sports double wall construction and separation barrier technology which allows completely free movement between barrel walls making this bat hot out of the wrapper. Durability of the Morphed is enhanced with the addition of COMbat’s proprietary Nanocomp Technology. Nanocomp Technology uses carbon nanotubes to effectively fill in relatively low strength microscopic gaps between fibers to dramatically increase bat strength and durability. COMbat’s proprietary anisotropic design technology has created a barrel with the soft barrel feel that denotes minimal bat vibration and thus maximum energy transfer to the ball. The 100% composite anisotropic design allows COMbat designers the opportunity to increase stiffness along the handle (reducing vibrations and reducing sting) and to decrease stiffness along the barrel (increasing “trampoline” effect for maximum performance), resulting the best transfer of energy in the industry. With a 13.5 inch barrel this bat provides a massive sweet spot for pounding the ball.
